Joint Technical Committee

The NBWA Joint Technical Committee (JTC) provides input to the NBWA Board on issues, projects, and opportunities related to the mission of the NBWA. The Committee helps coordinate member agency efforts related to stormwater runoff, TMDL regulations, NPDES compliance, and wastewater discharges. Areas of interest also include habitat and flood protection, and water supply, conservation, and recycling. JTC meetings are held as needed to provide advice to the Board, usually every two to three months.
